Manufacturing Filtration and Water Purification Systems
Manufacturing water purifiers and filtration systems have grown into a multibillion-dollar industry in the developed world. Water purifiers and filtration systems are manufactured in Pakistan and shipped to developing countries. Foreign firms ship RO Water Purifier and filtration equipment to Pakistan.
Some of these water purifiers and filtration systems are intended for municipal water treatment, while others are for home use. Everyone must strictly adhere to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) guidelines. Manufacturers of water purifiers and filtration systems for use in Pakistan must adhere to EPA and FDA regulations.
PAKISTAN. For purifier and filter systems, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires two steps of water “cleaning.”
At least 99.99 percent of bacteria, pollutants, and other contaminants must be removed by water filtering systems. Filtration systems are required to remove lead and other dangerous metals and minerals. Filtering in this manner is known as “4 Log” or “basic filtration.”
Water Purifiers:
All water purifiers must reduce contaminants by “7 Logs.” If you have “7 Log” contamination reduction, your purifier has cleansed 99.99999 percent of germs, chemicals, and other pollutants.
How Does This Affect You?
If you’re directly involved in the manufacturing of water purifiers and filtration systems, this means that all of your products must be of high quality, and they must be checked on a regular basis to verify that they comply with government laws. Toxins must be removed in the appropriate percentage by all of your filtration systems and purifiers. Selling a filtration system while saying that it filters water is impossible. All must follow EPA regulations.
If you’re not in the business of making water purifiers and filtration systems, the difference between the two may seem negligible. It may appear that it makes no difference whether you buy a purifier or a water filtration device. The difference between removing 99.99 percent of pollutants and 99.99999 percent of pollutants may not appear to be substantial at first glance.
A purifier, on the other hand, must be 1,000 times more effective than a filtration system! To put it another way, you have control over how pure your water is. Do you mind if “1 bug” is removed from your water glass but 999 bugs remain? Do you want to get rid of “1000 bugs” in your glass of water, or do you want to get rid of “1000 bugs” in your glass of water? Drinking water purifiers must offer you with ultra-clean water even in the most contaminated and harmful settings.
Manufacturers are being put to the test
Our challenge to producers is to ensure that everyone who needs it has access to safe drinking water. Water purifiers and filtration systems should be made more affordable by manufacturers so that they are more widely available in developing countries and rural areas. Filtration devices are badly needed in those places, but in developed countries, municipal water supplies provide extremely drinkable water. Those in need, however, frequently cannot afford clean water due to current manufacturing prices for water purifiers and filtration systems.
Manufacturers must reconcile their profit drive with humanitarian concerns, devising ways to provide purifiers, or at the very least filtering equipment, at a far lower cost.
