Moving to London is always an adventure and has been the favourite hotspot in the UK for ex-pats. Most of them ensure to contact the Estate Agents in Battersea and other neighbourhoods to ensure which part of London is ideal. However, living in the southwest part of London is a blend of luxury and comfort, which is loved by most people entering the country. The top five desirable places in this region are:

    WIMBLEDON

In addition to having excellent access to the city centre, this lovely neighbourhood provides inhabitants with all the benefits of suburban living for all ages and socioeconomic groups. Large green spaces, ideal for recreation or sport, as well as, an amazing selection of restaurants and shops, including many lovely small enterprises and all the most well-known chain retailers, can be found in Wimbledon. Wimbledon, in addition to its charming architecture, offers a wide range of modern services and leisure activities, from theatre performances to fitness centres. The sole station in London, which shows a direct interchange between the Underground and the Tramlink in Wimbledon, is also only 6 miles from the heart of London.

    KEW

Numerous small taverns and picturesque pathways can be found along the Thames shoreline that runs behind the green on the way to Kew Bridge. The Glasshouse, Ma Cuisine, and Kew Grill are notable dining establishments in a neighbourhood that doesn’t put much emphasis on pretence but instead values good food and attentive service. Those considering renting an apartment in Kew will find many affluent reminders of the royal involvement in this green area of West London. Many beautiful examples of Georgian and Victorian architecture are available, arranged in calm, well-kept streets. The neighbouring Royal Botanical Gardens, which were founded by various royal benefactors throughout the 18th Century.

    CLAPHAM

Clapham is only three miles from the heart of London. As a result of Clapham North’s lower cost, as well as Clapham Junction’s proximity to dining establishments, nightlife, and transportation options, young people and professionals are drawn there. Due to its distance from the city’s bustle and Clapham Old Town’s lovely and roomy Victorian and Georgian terrace houses, families tend to approach Estate Agents in Clapham and favour Clapham South. You may take your dogs for a stroll, bring the kids for a game, or use one of the many public playing fields on the 220 acres that make up Clapham Common. Numerous independent stores, cafes, pubs, and restaurants line the busy high street.

    KENSINGTON

Through the Circle and District Lines, inhabitants of Kensington have easy access to the rest of London. It is also simple to reach the Central and Piccadilly lines via the Notting Hill and Gloucester Road Underground stations, respectively. Some of the 250+ acres of parkland in the area are traversed by bicycle routes used by eco-commuters. With handy road and rail connections to Heathrow Airport, additional transportation alternatives are also easily accessible. Weekends are packed with activities because of the proximity of Royal Parks, regal palaces, the Royal Albert Hall, and some of the best museums in the UK. Additionally, the area is home to some of London’s best dining establishments, including popular sushi joints and traditional favourites.

    CHELSEA

The clubs, restaurants, and boutiques in the area all share a common aesthetic that is dapper and stylish. Sloane Square’s Underground Station provides access to greater London through the Circle and District Lines, even though the nearby attractions could make it tough to leave. As appealing as the homes themselves are, Chelsea’s amenities are also a draw. Naturally, Sloane Street and King’s Road, with their numerous glitzy stores, receive much attention, but the quality of education is equally important to consider. Each, and every square foot of Chelsea is in high demand due to its prime location and lengthy history. Historically inhabited by a wealthy class, the neighbourhood today draws a unique cross-section of buyers from around the world.
